SWS heat exchanger is used in heat transfer process of wastewater or other impurity fluid,It consists of concentric thermo plates that are continuously cleaned with attached brushes.The continuous cleaning of the plates ensures optimum effect from the heat exchanger, as the dirt is kept at a minimum. The brushes make sure that particles do not burn onto the thermo plates which also has a positive effect on the life of the product.
SWS heat exchanger is built as a vessel and thus allows for heat exchange in situations, where the process fluid flows in an uneven steam or even stops for shorter or longer intervals.

One Paper factory porduction process requires a very large volume of water drawn from a river,In winter,the incoming water is relatively cold,arriving at a temperature of approx.5ºC.On the other hand,the factory production process wastewater temprature is up to 55ºC,which is much too high for the biological wastewater treatment to follow. The microorganisms die if the water is too hot. In such cases,it's the best Energy-saving solutions of using wasterwater to heat incoming water while reducing emissions to below 30 degrees.
